Snaptori is operated by Princif, LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your Snaptori account and personal data.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: open Settings and tap Delete Account.
If you prefer to delete your data while keeping your account, tap Delete All My Data instead.
You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before processing an emailed request.
What Is Deleted and What Is Retained
When you delete your account, all of your personal information and content is permanently removed, including:
- Your photos and uploaded images
- Your stories (discoveries) and precise location data
- Your email address, name, username, and profile photo
- Your subscription and usage data, device tokens, and app preferences
- Your login — you will no longer be able to sign in
The only data we may keep is an anonymous record that contains no personal identifiers, used for statistical and analytics purposes, along with any information we are required to retain by law.
Deletion is processed promptly — in all cases within 30 days of your request.
